Current blood work within the last 6 months is required.
If your lab results are older than 6 months, consider these options:
- Lab work does not have to be purchased through Viking.
- You can use lab work from your primary care physician, different lab facilities, or other providers within the last 6 months.
- “At home Blood testing kits” are not accepted by the medical staff at Viking.
